Areas that interest me enough to draw together ideas and comment include social renewal, consent, understanding in the information age, and new concepts of truth. Finding ways to understand the issues facing Detroit’s discarded communities, or intractable debates around Brexit, or the parallel realities presented by Trump is what I hope to get out of these blogs. Hopefully they’ll be useful to others and may promote some discussion.
